Came here during the Covid-19 pandemic, and the guy who made our coffees and gave us our pastries was a star - so professional and courteous! My cappuccino was delicious as was my cremino. All my friends had been talking about how great this place is, and it definitely lived up to the hype. Yum! UPDATE: Still a unique brioche in Florence, over two years after tasting my first one. AWESOME.

Really good place! We bought a cremino (croissant overfilled with custard) and a cappuccino and it was such a great treat! Also the guy that worked there that day was really friendly and handled English really well. There is a small window from the café where you can see the lab where they make their deliciousness and it all seems very professional and clean. Can’t wait to go back!

Simple, clean and welcoming pastry bar!! A beautiful pastry counter, where you can find always fresh and original brioches, puddings, pastries and biscuits. The owners are pastry chefs who love their work, the husband is from Puglia and she is Japanese. The last time I saw her arranging the freshly baked desserts and when I asked her for a brioche, she told me it was empty, but she would fill it with jam or cream if I wanted. What can I say, the world of sweetness and kindness!! Even the girls at the counter are really always smiling and helpful. More than honest prices and exquisite sweet pieces!! Not to be missed!!

I went to this place driven by the advice of friends and the excellent reviews; Both the leavened products for breakfast and the classic pastries, managed by the husband, are good, as are the cakes and single portions, managed by the wife who also offers Japanese specialities. The multitude of fillings available for pastries, bundles and croissants is very inviting. Thanks to them I was finally able to taste the famous Japanese cheesecake; excellent in consistency but I hope there are other flavors besides lemon. The savory ones are also good, such as the puff pastry pizza. It is an interesting discovery among the pastry shops of Florence; good quality/price ratio. I will definitely come back to try their other specialties; my partner can't wait to taste their Matcha roll. P.S: I have been to the restaurant 3 times already and each time, of the Japanese specialties much praised on the internet, only the lemon cheesecake and a shortcrust pie with black tea or matcha were available; Honestly, having read the various reviews, I was expecting a wider variety of traditional or Japanese-inspired specialties to choose from.
